the hotel is very convenient, adjacent to the train station. the staff offered a welcome coffee from the hotel's coffee shop.. it was a smooth brew. the gym had heavy free weights and plenty of cardio gear. the pools were large, with both an adult pool and a kids' pool.
I found the prices for some items to be quite high. It felt a bit confusing compared to other options.

The room was quite spacious and nice. This detail met expectations.
The food replenishment process needs improvement. During peak hours at breakfast and dinner, the food stations were not refilled quickly enough, and many items ran out when the crowd was large. This caused delays and long waits for food. These aspects need immediate review.

the staff did a decent job cleaning the room each day i guess nothing earth shattering but acceptable
the gym was a bit of a letdown some of the equipment looked like it hadn't been updated since the early 2000s the treadmills especially seemed ancient i think they need to invest in some new gear
