Fantastic Hotel Experience!
great location clean room extensive selections polite staff
The location is fantastic! with easy access to transit. My room was modern and clean. The breakfast selections were extensive, a good mix of Chinese, Indian, and Western options, really something special. The staff was very courteous, especially Preet who helped. He really were really nice!
The hotel prices were a little high, though the convenience made up for it.

The breakfast buffet offered diverse options, including Chinese, Indian, and Western cuisines. I noticed a dedicated coffee corner in the lobby, providing great coffee and efficient service. The Latest Recipe restaurant featured a good variety of food during a family birthday celebration.

The hotel provides direct access to the train station, allowing a quick ride from the airport! It's also conveniently located near Hop-On-Hop-Off bus stops, providing easy access to sightseeing. NU Sentral is just opposite for any quick shopping needs.

The hotel lounge is comfortable and quiet. This created a very relaxing atmosphere. There are teams dedicated to room cleaning. Also I saw staff dedicated to the laundry and swimming pool facilities, everything ran smoothly.

Fantastic Hotel Experience
modern decor extensive selection quick travel easy access
The room had modern decor and cleanliness! Breakfast offered extensive options including Chinese, Indian, and Western cuisine. The hotel's location near the train station made airport travel quick. I found easy access to the Hop-on Hop-off bus for sightseeing without needing a car.
The service and friendliness of the staff was commendable. However there were startling and sporadic noises especially at night which left me with very little sleep.

The breakfast had diverse selections, including Chinese, Indian and Western options. The Latest Recipe restaurant provided good food and decent variety! I appreciated the effort to ensure our photos looked good.

dismissive attitude customer service
the gym had a great setup with heavy free weights.. it was perfect for workouts.
I was quite disappointed with the service at latitude. Suzen showed little interest in assisting guests. her attitude seemed dismissive, focusing more on her report than on customer service. peraven, however, was warm and helpful.

the hotel is very convenient, adjacent to the train station. the staff offered a welcome coffee from the hotel's coffee shop.. it was a smooth brew. the gym had heavy free weights and plenty of cardio gear. the pools were large, with both an adult pool and a kids' pool.
I found the prices for some items to be quite high. It felt a bit confusing compared to other options.

slow replenishment long waits
The room was quite spacious and nice. This detail met expectations.
The food replenishment process needs improvement. During peak hours at breakfast and dinner, the food stations were not refilled quickly enough, and many items ran out when the crowd was large. This caused delays and long waits for food. These aspects need immediate review.

the staff did a decent job cleaning the room each day i guess nothing earth shattering but acceptable
the gym was a bit of a letdown some of the equipment looked like it hadn't been updated since the early 2000s the treadmills especially seemed ancient i think they need to invest in some new gear
